About us

A.A. Frias Architect Inc. is a full-service architectural design firm based in Ajax, Ontario.

Incepted in 2016, borne out of pure love of architecture.  The passion has grown into being an active participant in many fields of architecture in various scale and form, working progressively in local mainstream architecture and international context.

 

The firm has taken pride in being involved with design and administering of new construction, renovation and adaptive re-use projects in the area of architecture, interiors, heritage both independently and with other design professionals.

What we do

We are your best professional ally in your project undertaking. We will be your partner along the process acting as technical adviser and interpreter in light and complex technical matters; your creative instrument in interpreting your aesthetic visualization, your facilitator in implementing innovative idea; your financial associate who keep in check budgetary objectives; your director who develops and organizes planning program; your coordinator who synthesize all technical and creative aspects of the project. The Team

Principal Architect

Ambrosio A. Frias, Jr. OAA, UAP, MRAIC, Architect

A seasoned architect with work experience both in Canada and Asia. His experience spans over 25 years covering a wide range of building types from single family dwelling, low to medium rise multi-family residences, new and renovation of retail and commercial buildings, new office and commercial interior fit-outs and renovations and small to large scale industrial buildings.

He has also been involved in the Heritage projects with adaptive re-use, building conservation and relocation in Toronto and within Ontario. Had previous involvement with various architecture/engineering transit projects.
