11575 Yonge Street

An 8-storey mixed-use building, commercial and residential, along the premiere street of Yonge St. in the Town of Richmond Hill, ON. It features residential suites with glazed balcony and a modern feature of full glass and aluminum skinned suites in the upper part of the edifice. A preserved heritage school house is a design highlight of the facade as it is incorporated into the building. This is in keeping up with Richmond Hill’s preservation, as a matter of policy, of building with heritage importance and historical value to the city and its populace.
