1010 Elgin Mills

An original wood framed 1850 residential building and a fieldstone outbuilding nestled in a former large acreage property in Richmond Hill. MW Hall Corp. was commissioned to prepare a conservation and restoration plan on the property and an adaptive re-use plan to provide a contemporary building addition. An interesting marriage of old and new architectural styles makes this project an interesting undertaking. It is a parcel of land that will be sold as single-family dwelling within a large development area comprised of low-rise townhouses, multi unit low-rise and high-rise condominium buildings.
