(TCS) and the industrial section of the company. TCS intends to transfer all its current facility in Newmarket to this building complex, therefore the new facilities.
The administration building boasts of a contemporary design with clean vertical metal siding as its predominant material and simple glazing in aluminum frames and white shadow boxes in stucco finish to highlight the windows.
