The envelope is an insulated concrete pre-cast panels with membrane roofing material for roof on steel structure.
The building design is simple with clean lines and graduated finishing colours. All leasable spaces are provided with aluminum framed thermal windows and doors for its store front and insulated metal overhead doors.
