A new project in the industrial section of Old Castle, Tecumseh, ON. This building is designed to handle the parking and maintenance of transport trucks plying the south sector of the province and the US northern region. Architectural stunning for a 2 storey administration building doubling as a leasing office on the 2nd floor and administrative office of the owner on the ground floor.  The truck depot is housed in a one-storey building with exterior features mimicking the administrative building.

The building is a contemporary design with clean horizontal metal cladding in tandem with a flat and smooth panels with wood accent siding. Wall openings are adorned by aluminum framed window wall coloured in black to add depth to the overall exterior composition.
